-General walk-through of the property -Check that walls, ceilings, and floors are clean and free from visible defects -Doors and windows open, close, and lock properly -Light switches, sockets, and lighting are working correctly -Plumbing is functioning well (no leaks, good water pressure) -Bathrooms are clean, fully installed, and ready for use -Kitchen units, worktops, and appliances are properly fitted -Air conditioning / ventilation is working as expected (if applicable) -All fixtures and fittings are securely installed -Finishes and details meet the agreed quality standard -Previously reported issues have been resolved -Property is safe, clean, and ready for handover
Move-In Inspection
-Walk-through of the property before moving in -Confirmation that the unit is clean and ready for occupancy -Check that walls, floors, and ceilings are in good condition -Doors and windows open, close, and lock properly -Lights, switches, and power outlets are working -Plumbing fixtures are operational (no leaks, normal water pressure) -Bathrooms are clean and fully usable -Kitchen cabinets, countertops, and appliances are in good condition -Air conditioning / ventilation is working properly (if applicable) -Smoke detectors and safety features are in place -Meter readings recorded (electricity, water, gas if applicable) -Any existing defects documented and acknowledged -Keys, access cards, and manuals received -Tenant/owner confirms acceptance of the unit condition
Move-out Inspection
